Account Defaults
Company Logo - Upload your organization's or event's primary logo here. When you use the [AccountLogo] Tag elsewhere, it will point to this logo. An alternative location for adding logos that offers more flexibility is in page themes under Interface > Page Themes. If your account offers multiple programs each with its own logo, consider adding logos at the page theme level rather than the account level.
Default Theme - Choose a page theme to be the default when you create a new event.
Default Event Page Template - If you have created a template for Event Pages, you can choose it as the default any time a new event is created. Otherwise, it will default to the standard layout provided by Learning Stream. Note: This template is only for the event description. It is recommended that you create an entire event template under Events rather than relying on a template just for the event page.
Time Zone - Apply a default time zone for your events. This time zone can also be changed at the event level under Event Setup > Advanced.
Analytics ID - If you use Google Analytics, you can create an ID number within Google to track visits to your Learning Stream calendar/listing pages.
Page Title for Browser Tab - The text you enter in the browser tab field will appear for all Learning Stream tabs created in your account. The limit is 20 characters and spaces.
Logging - Choose areas of your account you want to be track via an audit log for each administrative user.
Event Flex Fields - Add your own custom fields to Event Setup.
Specify which of four Event Setup Pages where you want the fields to appear. You can also stipulate if the fields must be completed during event setup, or if completion is optional. Flex field data will appear on the Event Summary - Custom Report and Global Registration Question report in the Reports section on
the top menu. Event Flex Fields
On-Site Evaluation Links - A list of events should you want to allow attendees to fill out an evaluation form online.
