Video Instructor Module
Note: The Instructor Module is accessed from teach.learningstream.com
Facilitators are created at Application > Basic Setup > Instructors**
When you add an Instructor, check the Instructor Module Access radio button:
- That will require you to provide a Login ID and password for the person.
- You must also supply email address for this type of Instructor.
After you have created the Instructor, they can be added to the event at Instructors in the vertical menu bar of options to the left. They can only access the list of registrants and take attendance in the events that they personally are assigned to as an Instructor in the event.
Direct your Instructors to log into teach.learningstream.com.
They will need your Account Code and their login credentials.
**Create a New Instructor:
- Click on the "New Instructor" button and add the person's name.
- With Instructor Module enabled, you can switch from Profile Only to Instructor Module Access.
- Optional - Add a bio under Modify Description. This is the best place to Upload a photo also.
- If Facilitator Module Access is enabled, Login ID, Password and Email is required before setting description
- Optional - If the Instructor has a bio elsewhere, you may link to that, by placing the URL in the External Bio Link field.
- Optional - Custom Data flex fields are for admins and can be used to provide additional information.
Report in the Instructor Module
For accounts that include the instructor module:
Instructors can now download an up-to-the-second spreadsheet of registration details. The spreadsheet includes all information entered on each registration form, including contact information. The link to the registration details will also be available to share with other event stakeholders.
