The certificate issue rule will be active up until 45 days after the last person is issued a certificate. The system suspends the rule at that time, it is not deleted, and can be reactivated by an admin at any time.
Below is an example of the suspension of certificate issue rules.
The following methods automatically re-enable the cert issue rules:
- The rule is based on a test score that has been recently updated
- The rule is based on balance due and the balance due is now zero.
- The rule is based on attendance and attendance has been updated
- The rule is based on evaluations and an evaluation has been completed
- The rule is based on question response – (example: have an internal question on the form that admin responds to)
There are two options on this list that can reactivate the rule without manual admin assistance:
- Test score results updated
- Evaluation completion
To manually re-enable click Certificate Issue Rules, then Edit the rule:
