Create attendance certificates and/or letter templates using the Learning Stream text editor. Once designed under Application > Templates they will be available for use in any event.
Video Basics for Creating a Certificate (6 mins)
Steps:
1) Go to Application > Templates > Certificates and Letters
2) Click the New Certificate/Letter button.
3) Name the new template and if desired choose a border weight (thickness), border color, and print orientation. (These choices can be changed at the event level.)
4) Use the text editor and available Tags to create your template.
5) Click Add Certificate/Letter.
Registration question responses created for events are not automatically available as Tags. However, you can cut/paste or type in question Tags by going to the edit page for an event's Confirmation message. Click on "Question Tags" from the tag categories on the right and choose the Tag(s) you need. Then paste the Tag(s) into the certificate/letter template.
The certificate will then be available for any event in Reports > Forms > Custom Certificates and Letters.
