A Learning Stream system administrator can update the account contact and user information in the following areas. We request that you keep this information up to date, especially when there is a change in administrators in your organization.
Under Application > Account > General
General Account Information – Information in the top section of the page will appear on registrant event financial statements (if applicable to your account).
Your Contact Information – Learning Stream support uses the Administrative, Financial, and Technical contact information to get in touch with the appropriate persons when necessary.
- Primary Administrative/Support Contact – The main administrator user who is the primary point of contact for the overall account and who is very familiar with Learning Stream.
- Financial Contact – This contact is the person who should receive the Learning Stream subscription invoices.
- Technical Contact – Indicate the technical contact for the account.
Under Application > Users update the following for each user account:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- User’s Email Address
