Learning Stream’s integration with GoToWebinar allows persons who sign up via Learning Stream to simultaneously register with GoToWebinar. You can link your GTW account to your Learning Stream account and link your individual webinar with an Learning Stream event.
Contact Learning Stream support if you want to use GoToWebinar in your Learning Stream account. This feature will need to be enabled in your account by our support team before you can do the following steps.
Linking your GoToWebinar Account(s) with Learning Stream
To set up your GoToWebinar account in Learning Stream, go to Application > Integration > GoToWebinar Accounts.
When you add a new account, you can specify a name and its status. Disabled accounts will not appear for other setup functions in Learning Stream.
When you create your account, you will be prompted to give Learning Stream access to your GTW account by logging into it.
After logging in, follow the prompt to allow Learning Stream to finalize access to your account.
Once you have granted Learning Stream access, you will see the full access details. Please note the expiration date for the access key. The access you grant to Learning Stream is only valid for approximately one year and must be renewed before the expiration date to maintain access.
The following is an example of an account that has not been granted access. If you do not see an access key, Learning Stream will not be able to interface with your account.
Go to Event Setup > Advanced to complete the connection to your event. You’ll see an option for GoToWebinar Accounts (assuming it is activated) that will take you to a listing of GoToWebinar accounts defined for your Learning Stream account.
