Registrant Access Module (RAM)
Registrants can log into the system, via a unique link, to view their registration and attendance activity. You can also allow them to access calendars and print attendance certificates that you have issued. If you accept online payments, a registrant can also pay an outstanding balance via RAM. If you use the Media Manager module, they can view videos assigned to them.
Under Application > Database > Registrant Access Module, you will find the Registrant Access Module Setup interface.
Menu Interface Options: On the same page as the Interface, you can change the text for the menu options that appear on the main page of the Registrant Access Module. The Default wording appears in brackets to the right of the fields.
The Customize button next to Continuing Education on the menu bar allows an admin to customize the header of the transcript that a person can print or save as a .pdf. You can add custom text and graphics to edit the look of the document.
Access Links
If you have multiple divisions, find their links here. Embed the link(s) on web page(s) so registrants can access their registration and attendance histories, plus perform other registration-related actions.
If you do not customize RAM pages for any divisions (RAM Intro, Login, etc.), the system will use your default account logo uploaded in Application > Account > Defaults.
RAM Intro Message
Add introductory text to the screen that registrants see once they log into the system.
RAM Login Message
Add graphics and text to the screen that registrants see when they're ready to log in to view their records.
Certificate Validation
The email that accompanies an issued certificate can have a validation code and a link to a page to enter the code. This can be provided to a supervisor or other person who wants to validate the certificate. This page also includes the link to the validation screen.
Registrants Add External Training
We have added a feature that allows trainees to add training history via the Registrant Access Module. As a result, students can track the history of 'external' continuing education the same way they do their other training history. These external classes will appear in registration and attendance reports within the person's database record.
Under Application > Database > Registrant Access Module
Enable Menu Option called Add External Event:
Under the Access Links tab in the above screenshot, you will find the link to share with your registrants.
Under the registrant view, they will now have a button option labeled Add External Event:
The registrant will automatically be marked as attended.
Registrant Access Module (RAM) access via cart
To give cart members access to the student portal (aka RAM), activate it in your cart setup.
Under the Registrant Account Options within cart setup, check the box to enable RAM Portal for Account Information:
You may also edit the button text as you want it to appear to a cart account member.
In the Account area, the cart owner/parent can click the student portal/RAM button to go to an individual’s history.
A cart member can still view payment and registration history under the account View dropdown, but the feature enables them to see additional information, if applicable. That includes any continuing education credits, issued certificates, training videos, and more.
Application > Database > Registrant Access Module > {My Emails}
Attendees can now view messages, such as confirmations and reminders, for the past 90 days in their account. Only messages that have not been purged will be available.
Account administrators can also view messages for any participant via Database > History. This feature must first be activated in the Database submenu of Applications.
Application > Database > Database Setup
Registrants Can Access All Categories - (This only appears if category control is selected.) In Database Setup, a checkbox near the top allows registrants to access events in all categories when they search via the Registrant Access Module (RAM). You can restrict access by leaving the box unchecked, and then allowing access category by category, record by record, via the Category section on that person's record. Again, this only affects the search capability in RAM.
