Perform some event functions in bulk, including changing the status of and copying multiple events, as well as deleting archived events from the system.
Change Status for Multiple Events
Use this feature if, for example, you have created multiple events and want to post them simultaneously. You can choose events by category, or all events by default.
Once you've selected statuses, view the selected events. You can then verify the events selected. Un-check any events you do not want changed.

Copy Multiple Events
Copy multiple events in bulk. For example, all classes occurring in June can be copied at one time to recur in July.
On Step 1, Choose classes to copy by category, or skip that option to copy all classes. Then choose the status and date range of the events you want to copy.
On Step 2, enter the number of days in the future that you want the new events to start. (This refers to event start dates rather than registration start dates.) If you entered “30”, for example, classes with event start dates of 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, etc. would then have start dates of 7/1, 7/2, 7/3, etc. Or you can enter exact dates. Next, click “View Events” to see all events in the time frame you have chosen.
De-select any classes you don’t want to copy before completing the process. Change any dates or title information as needed.
Search and Replace Text in Events
Search and replace a word or phrase on any page created with the text editor. First choose the data type, such as confirmation or wait list emails. Then globally change all instances of the word or phrase appears within the data type. If you want to remove a section of text entirely, type in "Blank" in the "New Text" field.
Purge a Single Event
Only events with the archived status can be deleted.
- How to Archive an Event- Go to the Event Set-up section for the chosen event and click in the radio button for "Archived." The event will then move to the listing under the "Purge Events" utility.
