How to Delete an Event (Enterprise Version Only)
Delete a Single Event
Only events with the Archived status can be deleted.
- Archive the event by going to Event Setup > General in the chosen event and click on the radio button next to Archived and save changes.
- The archived event will then display on the admin event listing under the Archived status.
- Go to Application > Advanced > Event Maintenance (top nav bar).
- Click on "Purge Single Event" on the left menu.
- The next screen will show all events in your archive. Click "Delete Event" for the event you wish to eliminate.
- Type "CONFIRM" in all caps.
- Click "Delete Event".

Delete Multiple Events
- Follow steps 1* and 2 as above.
- Go to Application > Advanced > Event Maintenance (top nav bar). Click on the "Purge Multiple Events" link.
- Choose a date range, category, or simply leave the filtering options blank.
- Click "View Events".
- The next screen will show all events in your archive. Check the boxes to the left of each title for the events you wish to delete.
- Type "CONFIRM" in all caps at the bottom of the screen.
- Click "Purge Selected Events".
