*Divisions

Create separate identities for other programs within your organization that can share the same database of registrants.

Each division can have separate contact information, registration footer, and payment processing gateway. Once you have added a division, you can then designate any event to appear with the division's information. A dropdown list with all divisions will appear on the main page of Event Setup for any event. Many system-level Reports can be filtered by Division.

A unique link to the Registrant Access Module (RAM) page will also be created. RAM is an optional tool that you may not be using. If using Divisions in your account it would appear under Application > Database > Registrant Access Module by selecting the Interface Options and Access Links tabs.  Information on the Database.

Return URL: Specify the default web page address for registrants to return to once they have successfully completed the registration process. A return URL can also be added at the event level.

Registration Footer:  Text appearing at the bottom of the registration form, such as cancellation and refund policies, can be customized for each division.

Credit Card Processing:  Each division can be tied to a separate merchant account, if you are accepting credit cards. Please contact Learning Stream  if you need help inputting required information for this feature.

Text on Statement: Type in text that will appear on the statement the registrant receives (optional) with the amount due or paid.

Division Logo: Upload a division logo or graphic here. Otherwise the logo appearing on the event page and registration form will default to the main organization logo.

 The division logo will be associated with the [Account_Logo] Tag when a division is selected under Event Setup/General. It will also appear at the top of the registration form for that event, unless an alternate event logo has been uploaded, or a custom registration page layout is being used.

Email Account: Each division can have a separate email addresses for replies to division email notifications. Therefore, if an event is associated with a division, its corresponding reply email address will be tied to it. Please provide reply email address(es) to your Learning Stream representative. Aliases will be created for each one.

Date Display Format: Choose a date format for Tags that is different from the default format chosen under Account Defaults.
