Application > Database > Registrant Account Fees
A charge, such as an annual fee, can be set up at the system level so that it will not apply every time a registration form is completed. The fee can be applied one time only, or it can be a recurring fee applied quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Multiple fees can be created for various events, but only one can be applied per event.
Anyone that has access to the Application menu can set up a Registrant Account Fee. After setup at Application > Database > Registrant Account Fees, any event manager can add the Registrant Account Fee to the setup of their event (or take it away) at Event Setup > Financial.
When a person registers in an event with this assigned, they will be automatically charged that fee if they have not been charged it in a prior registration. As it expires, they will be charged again if/when they register in an event that has it assigned.
This feature can only be used in conjunction with events connected to the Registrant Database.
