Accessing a Registration Form
Edit - On the Registrations Listing in an event, click the corresponding icon to access a form for purposes of editing it, re-sending the confirmation message, transferring the registration to another class, or overriding the form's wait list status.
Cancel - Click the icon on the Registration Listing page to cancel a registration.
Click the small printer icon on the upper right corner of the form to bring up a view-only version of the completed form. Print it by choosing the browser printer icon.
Clicking the View History button provides a log of the registration process, such as when it was confirmed, updated, payment was processed, etc. (Histories have been compiled since 6/21/2011.)
If an event's payment information has changed, retroactively update any confirmed registrations by clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the form. This is also where to re-send the confirmation message, override the form's wait list status if applicable, transfer the person to another class, replace them with another person in the database, and individually print name badges.
You will see a link on a registrant's form that says Confirmation Override if they are on the wait list. This allows you to add a wait-listed registrant to the list of confirmed registrants, even if the event has reached its maximum number of confirmed registrants.
Cancellation Time Stamp
If a registration has been cancelled, the date and time of the cancellation will appear at the top of the form. The cancellation date and time will be available as a field on the Registrant Listing - Custom reports.
