Event Emails are not released if either of the following conditions are true:
1. If the selected method of payment on the person's registration form is Credit Card but no credit card payment has been received.
and/or
2. If it is a Cart Registration and Cart Checkout did not occur - if the cart was either left open or if it expired.
We do not send emails to people that have not completed the registration process and/or have not submitted a credit card payment when a credit card payment is expected.
***To correct this, you'll need to:
1. Check/change their method of payment on the registration form
and also, if needed,
2. Settle or re-open and settle the cart associated with the registration. That can be done in the Cart Owner's database record at Financial>Cart List - find the cart and either Settle it if it's still open, or re-open and settle it if it's expired.
