Tracking Event Attendance
Mark attendance and trigger evaluation form email messages.
Confirm Registrant Attendance
The "Attendance" page contains a list of all confirmed registrants for an event with options to mark them in attendance or absent. These registrants will not receive continuing education credit unless they have been marked as attended here.
Marking Attendance
To confirm attendance, tap the Attended button next to a registrant's name.
Mark All As Read
Use this dropdown to global mark and unmark attendance.
Change Date
If your event has multiple days as created under Event Setup > General under additional dates, Change Date brings up a calendar so you can select a different date to mark attendance for.
In the event under Reports > Registrant Listing > the Attendance Report will also have a dropdown list for each date so that you can run reports for each day of the event. The Attendance Report accessible from the attendance page will report only on the date shown on the page.
Adjust CEUs
Continuing education credits added in Event Setup > Continuing Ed will be applied to confirmed registrants once attendance has been confirmed. You can adjust those credits for an individual by clicking "adjust CEU". (If you do not see this option contact support to assist you with adding this option to your account.) Adjust CEU will adjust the credit for the entire event for that registrant. If you click the Recalc CEUs button under Event Setup > Continuing Ed, this will recalculate CEUs in bulk in the event for all registrants and any adjustments previously made will be overridden.
Click this icon to the left of the attendee's name to adjust CEUs:
Send Evaluations
If you have created an evaluation form for the class, you will see an additional button labeled Click for Evaluations. On the next page, you can trigger the email containing the link to the evaluation form. It will go only to marked attendees. Until an attendee has completed the form, a "Resend Evaluation"
checkbox will appear to the right of his or her name after the initial message delivery.
