Conditionally Require a Question Response

Use the Required Conditionally option to force an answer based on a  previous selection. 

For example, you may want to capture accounts payable contact info if a registrant chooses to pay by check rather than by credit card. Those who pay by credit card would not have to answer the conditional question.

1. Set up a conditional question like the one below.
2. Click {click to setup conditions}.
3. Click the link that says "click to add conditions"

4. Choose the question and response you want to be associated with the conditional question. This is the question/response that requires the registrant to answer the second question.
5. Click "Add Condition."

You can add multiple conditions to each one.
