Additional Dates
Use the Additional Calendar Dates option when you want only one registration form, but need to present separate information and track CEUs and attendance, for each date.
You do not need to use all the fields to employ this feature, but you must enter an end date if you are entering an end time for a row.
Under Event Setup > General scroll down to just below where you enter the event end date and time to find the Additional Dates link. Enter the end date of the first instance, rather than the end date of the entire event.
Description
Individual descriptions can be provided for each day. Tags for these days can be used on the event page and in notifications. The descriptions can also appear when you use the [CEUDetail] Tag on a custom certificate. If sending this information in notifications look for the Additional Dates category of tags in the message text editor.
CEUs
If applicable, assign CEUs to each day. The CEUs will be applied automatically to any registrant who is marked attended for that day.
Bios
An individual bio can be added to each date through [Facilitator]. These bio Tags (name only) will be available on the event page and in notifications.
Tags for Additional Dates
In the Event Tags list of your event page and notifications, access "Additional Date Tags" to apply any of the date, time, description, CEU, and Bio information. Unique Tags are created for each start/end date, start/end time, CEU, and facilitator.
You can copy and paste the additional date Tag answers in the editor. You can also just place your cursor where you want it in your editor, click Additional Date Tags (takes you to another page of Additional Date tags), then just click on the tag you want to insert and it will be added to your editor. Close the Additional Date window.

Attendance/CEUs
Mark attendance for each day in the series of classes.
When multiple dates are entered in Event Setup, will also have the option to Change Date to check attendance for each day.
Adjust CEUs, if applicable, for any day via the [Adjust CEU] link.
Use the [CEUDetail] Tag to add CEU/description information to a custom certificate. If you have not entered a description for an additional date, [CEUDetail] will default to displaying the date and the overall title of the event, such as "6/27/2018 Administrator Training CEU: Units - 2".
