Video Adding Registration Form Questions
Each registration form has default fields to capture key information such as a registrant's name and email address. You can customize your form further to capture additional information by creating registration questions.
How to add registration questions
You have two avenues for adding questions to your form.
- Question List
- Form Editor
If you use the Question List (below), you can click on the buttons at the top of the screen to add, copy,etc.
The Form Editor provides most of the same options, plus the flexibility of dragging and dropping elements on the form. Either way, the question tops are the same.
When you click Add Question, you will be prompted through series of question creation selection steps.
Click [Select] for the question type you prefer. Once created, you can delete any question before it is answered by a registrant.

Sort Order on the Question List
Under the Form Editor mode you can drag and drop questions to change their order on the form. To re-sort via the Question List, click on "edit" for the question and edit the Question Number.
The order registration form elements appear in reports cannot be changed.
If you already have created global questions, click Add Global Question to select the one(s) you want to include in your event.
