Problem: Registrants are being charged double for the fees of the event.
Reason: An amount is entered in the Cost per Participant field in Event Setup > Financial. An identical fee has been set up as a question option on the registration form.
Solution: Remove either the Cost per Participant amount, or the registration question option amount. (If the question option has been chosen by a registrant, it can't be deleted unless first de-selected on the registrant’s completed form.)
Once you have made the necessary change, re-save each completed registration form (Registrations/Edit) to update the registrant's amount due. If a registrant paid by credit card, you may need to issue a refund.
