*Discount Code Isn't Working

When you set up a discount code under Event Setup/Financial, it will be applied automatically if the registrant enters the discount code exactly as it was added to the system.

Are you applying a discount to a dollar amount set up as a registration question? If so, you must check the box on the registration question setup that says "Discount(s) can apply to the fees listed". If this box is not checked, no discount will be applied to any option chosen.
