Registration Questions Reports

Overview: This event level option allows you to generate reports summarizing registrants' responses to registration questions for an event. 

How to Generate an Report

In an event go to the Reports > Registration Question to access these report options:

• Detail by Selected Option- This report allows you to see a list of registrants who chose one particular answer option to a registration question.  To create this report you must first select what group of registrants you want to be included in the report: confirmed registrants, confirmed and wait listed registrants, or all registrants.  The you have to choose a specific question, and then a particular answer option to that question.  All the registrants who selected that answer option will be listed.
• Summary by Question- This report summarizes all the registrants' answers to one particular question.  Select the registration question you want to see a report for and a list of registrants and their answers to that specific question will be generated.
• Summary for all Questions- This report lists each registration question along with the answer options and shows how many times each answer option was selected, and what percentage of the registrants picked a specific answer option.

Each question (multiple choice only) in the Summary by Question section can also be generated in pie chart and bar graph form.
