Under Reports at the top of the navigation bar, you can access reporting for multiple events, as compared to reports available within individual events.
Registration Search
Generate results of all events for which a person has registered. You can perform a wide search of all people named "Smith" for example, or narrow your search using the additional criteria available. The information can be exported into Excel.

Registration Summary Report
This report provides a visual overview of registrations for any date range.
Event Summary Custom
Generate an event summary based on multiple criteria. The report will list all the events that match your search criteria and will include the event date, code, and title, the number of confirmed registrants, and attendees, the total charges and payments for the event, and the total of any outstanding balances due from registrants.
How to Generate an Event Summary
Choose "Attendance Reports" from the drop list menu at the top. Click on "Event Summary" and select your criteria.
Start and End Dates - Enter the dates between which you would like to search for events.
Account Code - Enter the account code if you want to search for events related to a specific account.
Education Credit Events Only - Check this box if you want to search only for events that offered continuing education credit.
Category - If you want to look up events related to a specific category, select that category from the drop-down list.
Facilitator - If you want to look up events assigned to a specific facilitator or instructor, select that facilitator from the drop-down list.
Click on "Load Report" to generate the report.
Certificate Summary Report
This report shows basic information on all issued or revoked custom certificates.
Key criteria of information appearing in this report
1) Certificates were created using a Custom Certificate/Letter template.
2) It covers all posted events, even past events.
3) It is for events tied to the Database module, requiring a registrant to have or to set up an account
4) Registrants must have been marked as attended to have been issued a certificate
Attendance
Attendance Report
Generate an attendance report for any registrant that has attended an event. The registrant must be marked as attended for the event to show on this report. The report will list the registrant's name, the date they attended an event, the event code, the event title, how many credit hours they received (if any) for attending the event, the total charges for an event, and the amount due for an event if the registrant has an outstanding balance.

Financial Detail Report
This report shows financial details on all registrants across events for a specified date range.

Financial Summary Report
This report provides a visual overview of financial data collected for any date range. Bar graphs and pie charts options are available.
Payment Summary
It provides a breakdown by event, and by payment type, for all transactions occurring within a specified date range. Note: Dates specified are not event start dates, but rather the dates of transactions processed or recorded. A similar summary report is available at the event level.
Credit Card Detail
This report shows credit card transaction information for all registrants across events for a specified date range.
Purchase Order Search
Search across all events for registrant information tied to a Purchase Order. The purchase order number must be exact to generate positive results. Click "Edit" to access a registrant's payment screen. The results link to the payment information for the specific registrant and event.
Purchase Order Report
Run a report of POs in the system based on a date range and/or other criteria.
Invoice Search
Look up an individual's or group's invoice using the invoice number.
