When running a Registrant Listing - Custom Report, you can save the settings for use later in the same event or other events. First, choose a custom report from the main Reports menu for your event. Then select the items you want on your report. Next, go to the top of the screen and click Save Template.
Enter a name for the template in the field provided. You can also make the template available to all users within your account.
Later, you can choose from the templates you create to retrieve a report's settings. Then click Generate Report at the top of the screen. Templates can be deleted but only by the user who created them.
The templates are tied to a user ID and password. You will only see the templates when logging in as the same user who set up the templates, unless the option has been chosen to make a template available to all users. The templates will copy from event to event, but will ignore any selected registration form fields that do not match the original event.
