Generate Financial Reports in an event under Reports > Financial
Financial report options are:
- Detail Financial Report - This report includes charges, payments, adjustments, and, if applicable, credit card information for each registrant. A similar report is also available at the system level.
- Summary Financial Report- This report shows a summary of each registrant's charges, discounts, adjustments, and payments. It also shows the total amount of each category.
- Question Financial Report- Because you can attach charges to question options, you can generate reports showing those charges in relation to total fees for an event.
- Payment Summary- This reports the payment type for each registration, including credit card, check, comp, etc.
- Tax Detail - Tax data for each registration. (If this feature is enabled in your account)
- Credit Card Transaction Log- This report logs all credit card transactions with results. Date and time, amount, transaction ID, details, and status are all included in this log.
