More about Custom Name Tags
Screen view if no name tags have been generated yet for the event:
Screen view if name tags have already been generated, but no one has registered since then.
This screen shows an "All Ungenerated" option because registrations have been added to the event since the previous name tag batch was created.
To avoid computer timeout issues, the system will generate a maximum of 500 name tags at one time. After generating any batch of 500, you will have a chance to generate it again. If you have previously generated batches, you can clear them to start over.
If you have radio button/checkbox/dropdown questions on your form (beyond basic fields
such as name, email, etc.) you can also filter name tag generation by answers.
Designing Name Tags at the Event Level
Create name tags within an event the same as you can in Application > Templates > Name Tags. The main difference is that you can also use question tags you have created for the event.
- In Reports > Forms > Standard Name Tags, click "Design Name Tags".
- Choose to create a new name tag from scratch, copy a template created in Application> Templates, or copy an event-level template from another event. In any case, you can edit the name tag, adding event question tags to each.
- Find the new template added to the Name Tag Template dropdown list.
