*Archiving Events Automatically

Inactive events will be moved from "Past Events" to "Archived" events each evening. Inactive will be defined as events meeting all of the following conditions:

• Registration has been closed for over two years.
• Event start date is older than three years.
• Event has not had a new registration in over two years.
• No attendance has been recorded in over two years.
• No certificates have been issued in over two years.

This will help customers who have accumulated a large number of posted Past Events that are no longer active.
