When you are logged into Learning Stream you can create tickets for support and review previous tickets. Ticket notifications will come from this email address: support@myregistrationsoftware.zendesk.com.

We integrate with the Zendesk customer service platform. Zendesk helps you and our customer service professionals track tickets and communicate more clearly. It is a more efficient way to collaborate and to help you stay informed along the way.
Explore our Knowledge Base to find answers to your questions. We've organized the knowledge base to make it easier to find the information you need.
- The New Ticket submenu allows you to directly contact support with questions or problems. Those issues can be quickly assigned to the right expert.
- The My Tickets submenu then gives you a place to track the progress of your ticket and communicate with your support contact.
