Every registration form is tied to an event. Even if you bypass the event page, you must provide the unique link created for your event, which you'll find under Event Setup > General at the bottom of the page.
You cannot provide the direct link to the registration form via email or other means. The direct link URL looks like this and is generic:
https://reg.learningstream.com/s_reg/reg_registration_maintenance.aspx
https://reg.learningstream.com/s_reg/reg_registration_maintenance.aspx?na=1
If you do, the registrant will see something similar to this, depending on the browser being used:
Event Log-in and New Account Pages
The same rule applies with the event log-on screen:
or the new account/registration page: (https://reg.learningstream.com/s_reg/reg_registration_maintenance.aspx?na=1)
If you provide these links directly to another person, they will not go to the correct registration form because they must be tied to an event via the external event link.
