Zendesk ticket notifications will come from this email address: support@myregistrationsoftware.zendesk.com
Please ensure that this email address is not blocked.
If your user type receives support you will see the following options below. Basic users will not see these options and should raise their questions to their account administrator.
When logged into Learning Stream, in the upper right corner, click on:
- New Ticket to create a new ticket or
- My Tickets to follow up on an existing ticket.
From the the login page:
- Click Forgot password to be sent a password reset notification.
- If it is your first time logging into Zendesk click Sign up.
To reset your password enter your email address and click Submit.
