Log numeric test scores for attendees. The score will appear in the person's registrant database record if that feature was used during registration. The data can also be included in the Custom Registration Report at the System level.
- Feature must first be activated in account Features by Learning Stream.
- In the under Event Setup > General in the Event Tools section check the box next to Enable Test Tracking Module.
- Open the Testing Module on the event menu.
- Add and name a test.
- Enter a minimum passing score (optional) unless the test is pass/fail.
- Enter Results in [Scores]. Options are pass, fail, no result, or a score. The score must be numeric, e.g. 92, 88, 77… or 2, 2.5, 2.75…
- Enter the date of test completion (optional)
Adding Scoring Methods
Under Admin > Test management > Scoring Methods, set up scoring methods. Options are Scores (default), pass, fail, and no result. These can be assigned to a test assignment in the event under Testing. The administrator assigns which scoring method per event. If they do not, the Instructor Module will default to score entry. Only one scoring method will display for the facilitator under the Instructor Module.
Only students marked as attended will appear on the Scores screen.
If the registration for the event occurred using the registrant database, the record of the person’s results will appear in their DB record. The Registrant Database is not required for the use of test results.

Import Scores
Rather than entering scores individually, you can upload them in bulk using the provided upload template. The “Certification_id” is the person’s email address.
